HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No.3252 of 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in not paying the salary to the petitioner from 01.04.2005 till date without any reasonable cause, even though he was appointed and continuing as regular in service, as illegal, improper and void and consequently, the petitioner is entitled for salaries regularly. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order dated 20-04-2006 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.4032 of 2006, the petitioner was paid salaries and he was also issued appointment order by Kadapa District Cooperative Central Bank Limited and he is continuing in service and as such, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
