This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Crimina-l Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 seeking quash of the proceedings against him in FIR No.95 of 2022 on the file of the Police Station RGI Airport, Shamshabad, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of the Telangana State Gaming Act.

Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the police, after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and it was numbered as STC No.253 of 2023 and therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Petition for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is closed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if he so chooses.
