THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17634 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief : "To issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the interference of Respondents with petitioner's peaceful and long possession over the subject land bearing Sy.No.12 measuring Ac.15.05 cents situated in Village Ippal Navegao, Asifabad Mandal, Adilabad District, as illegal arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the possession of subject land without adopting due process of law."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for official Respondents.

Though various grounds are raised in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks direction to the official respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondents (respondents 6 to 8).

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it is not necessary to issue notice to the unofficial respondents. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 5th respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondents, except in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
