HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25951 of 2019 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not issuing Occupancy Certificate through letter dt.21.09.2019 under the guise of third party representation, though it is not applicable in the petitioner's case and also after collecting LRS charges and regularizing the plots and sanctioning construction permission with respect to Plot Nos.34 and 35 in Sy.No.100 (part), situated at Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary and illegal, and consequently sought to set aside the same and further direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to approve the application of the petitioner and issue Occupancy Certificate with respect to the subject plots.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K. Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents - GHMC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court allowed the writ petition vide order dt.25.04.2019 in W.P.No.4547 of 2019. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents - Corporation does not dispute the same.

ARR,J W.P.No.25951 of 2019 In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and for the reasons stated in the order dt.25.04.2019 in W.P.No.4547 of 2019 passed by this Court, this writ petition is allowed in terms thereof. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
