THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9849 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not registering the complaint in spite of reference of the same by the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, vide C.C.SR No.4510 of 2016, dated 24.08.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint was later on registered after two weeks in the month of October, 2016, but after registration of the complaint, no progress has been made. Learned Government Pleader submits that a notice under Section 91-A of Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) was issued to the petitioner on 07.01.2017, but the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to observe that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation of the case by the fourth respondent. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
