HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION NO.4555 OF 2009 ORDER:
Sri K. Venumadhav, Learned Counsel for the petitioner would fairly state that, in view of the formation of new Districts in the State of Telangana, the cause in the Writ Petition may no longer survive; and it would suffice if the petitioner is granted liberty, if in future the respondents choose to shift their offices to a place to another place, to question it by way of a separate Writ Petition. Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________________ RAMESH RANGANATHAN, ACJ Date: 02.06.2017 MRKR
