ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 31.01.2017 passed by this Court in WP No.44822 of 2016. In view of disposal of W.P.No.5245 of 2017 & batch, dated 22.02.2017 and the clarification given therein, no further orders are necessary in this contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
