THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD CI VI L MI SCELLAENOUS APPEAL NO.996 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (per SK,J) Sri Mohammed Omer Farooq, learned counsel representing Sri Avinash Desai, learned counsel for the appellant company, would inform this Court that the matter no longer survives inasmuch as O.P.(Arb.) No.1625 of 2016 on the file of the learned III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, from which it arises, has already been dismissed as infructuous on 26.10.2017.

In that view of the matter, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is also dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
