It is the case of the petitioner that he filed representation dated 24.6.2006 before respondent No.2 seeking to correct the entry of the date of birth of his daughter by name Sai Kala in the Birth and Death Register of Chennaram Village, Gopalpet Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, for the year 1996.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The purpose of filing the Writ Petition would be served if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, if not already passed. The petitioner shall make a fresh representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
