THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11712 OF 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.220 of 2015 on the file of XVI Special Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Erramanzil, Hyderabad. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law, including filing of petition for discharge. He further seeks the permission of this Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court on each and every date of adjournment.

3 Permission is accorded.

4. In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed, granting the liberty as prayed for by dispensing with the presence of the petitioners who are accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.220 of 2015 on each and every date of adjournment. However, they shall appear before the trial Court as and when their presence is so required. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
