This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.13 in Crl.M.P.No.5454 of 2021 dated 20.01.2021 by the learned IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar directing the petitioner not to leave Hyderabad without permission of the learned jurisdictional Magistrate and he should report before the Station House Officer, PS L.B.Nagar on every Sunday between 10.00 am to 05.00 pm until further orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that eversince the date of the order the petitioner is abiding by the condition imposed by the Court.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is abiding by the condition imposed by the Court that he should report before the concerned Station House Officer on every Sunday.

Taking into consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused in Crl.M.Petition No.5454 of 2021 on 20.01.2021, is hereby relaxed and the other conditions remain unaltered. However, whenever the petitioner intends to go out of Hyderabad he shall intimate the concerned police and shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required.
