Learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file representation before the respondents.

Permission is granted and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, seeking to pay the outstanding amount in installments. It is needless to say that on such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
