Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that subsequent to filing of this writ petition the electricity transformer erected in front of the petitioner's house was removed, therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and no further orders required in this matter.
2. Accordingly, recording the aforementioned submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
