No representation for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 2.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on filing of Charge Sheet, the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam, has taken cognizance of the case in C.C.No.374 of 2014 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2, of course, seeks time to file counter. But, there is no need to file counter when the present petition rendered infructuous.

4. In view of the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
