HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No. 263 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner association to make representation to the concerned authorities for appropriate relief. He seeks direction to the concerned authorities to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within time frame.

Public interest litigation is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner makes any such representation within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation on merits in accordance with law. While passing this order, it is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the case.
