Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 and 6, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned counsel for 4th respondent and Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for 5th respondent.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's representation dt.11-06-2018 made to respondent Nos.2 to 6 has not been disposed of by them.

Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for 5th respondent, states that 5th respondent will dispose of the said representation within four weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 5th respondent to dispose of the representation dt.11-06-2018 of the petitioner within four weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
