ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging the proposed acquisition of agricultural wet land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.4.54 cents in R.S.No.523, situated at Nagulagudem Village, Jangareddygudem Mandal.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the respondents have acquired alternative land and they have no intention to acquire the land of the petitioner. In view of the said submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication as the respondents are not intending to acquire the land of the petitioner and the same has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is needless to say that if the respondents intend to acquire the land of the petitioner, they shall follow due process of law. No costs.
