This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.170 of 2010 of Charminar Police Station. 2.

When the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter, dated 29.05.2017, issued by Inspector of Police, Charminar Police Station, would submit that C.C.No.226 of 2017 (Crime No.170 of 2010) was ended in compromise before the Lok Adalat on 12.09.2015 and prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous. 3.

In the light of above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
