Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for 1st respondent. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner preferred appeal to 1st respondent challenging the order dt.26-08-2017 of 2nd respondent and that 1st respondent has not decided the said appeal till date.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for 1st respondent states that 1st respondent will dispose of the said appeal within three months after giving notice to the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.5 and 6. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 1st respondent to dispose of the said appeal within three months after giving notice to the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.5 and 6. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
