HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22196 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made application dated 04.04.2016 in Form 6 A to the 3rd respondent for grant of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deeds as contemplated under Section 4(1) read with Rule 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 by enclosing all the relevant documents, but as no orders are passed on the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to make necessary application through Mee-Seva after paying necessary fee. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will make necessary application and pay fee.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to make application through Mee-seva by paying necessary fee and on such application the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law after giving notice to the affected parties within a period of six weeks from today and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
