It is stated by learned Assistant Government Pleader that after filing writ petition, the petitioner filed application for refund of amount paid by him. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that in pursuance to the application, the amount was refunded to the petitioner and says that no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
