Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition along with necessary documents, including Government Orders, loan agreement, under which, loan was sanctioned in its favour, and details of repayment of loan.
