THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 1801 OF 2013 ORDER:

(per the Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) To punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 07.08.2012 of this Court passed in Writ Appeal No.652 of 2013, the present Contempt Case is filed.

Heard both sides.

The order of this Court would go to show that the respondent/ appellant shall pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner herein regularly, including arrears, if any, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order in accordance with law. In pursuance of the direction of this Court, vide letter dated 22.11.2014, an amount of Rs.5,86,666/- was paid to the petitioner by way of cheque no.172373, dated 22.11.2014 towards subsistence allowance. As the order of this Court is complied with, no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
