Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, after receipt of the structural stability report, called for by the first respondent herein, necessary further action would be taken, pursuant to the final notice, dated 24.02.2018.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
