HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3471 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner challenging the inaction of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in deciding the application in I.A.No.681 of 2017 in O.P.No.578 of 2017.

It is alleged in the petition that the respondent developed illicit contact with one person and not taking care of the child and the child is suffering from illness and on account of adjourning the matter by the Judge, Family Court, the boy is put to serious health problems and therefore, requested this court to direct the Judge, Family Court to decide the said petition immediately.

Considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the alleged health condition of the child, the Judge, Family Court is directed to decide the petition in I.A.No.681 of 2017 in O.P.No.578 of 2017 within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
