No representation for the appellant. Though, twice the matter was referred to the Lok Adalat, received back as the parties did not appear, which indicates that the appellant - A.P.S.R.T.C. is not interested in prosecuting the appeal either before this Court or the Lok Adalat.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
