THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3033 of 2012 ORDER:

There is no representation for the revision petitioners. Sri N. Bhavani Shankar, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4 is present. He would submit that the O.P.no.681 of 2008 was disposed of by the learned I Additional District Judge, R.R.District at L.B.Nagar by orders dated 05.12.2014 and that by the said orders the claimants 1 to 3 were held entitled to receive compensation amount with accrued interest and that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous in view of the said orders.

A perusal of the material papers would disclose that this Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the proposed claimants assailing the order dated 04.01.2012 of the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar passed in I.A.no.1772 of 2010 in O.S.no.681 of 2008 filed under Order I Rule 10 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for their impleadment in the OP as claimants.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 that the main OP is disposed of, in the well considered view of this Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. However, since there is no representation for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
