THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION NO.33 of 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) In this petition, we find that the prayer is not understandable. Firstly, going by the words used therein and secondly, it is not in conformity nor having any correlation with the statement and averment made in the body of the petition.

In view of this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. We permit him to do so. Hence, the Public Interest Litigation is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take out a fresh one in accordance with law.
