HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26002 of 2019 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not protecting and conserving Kamuni Cheruvu, situated at Shamshabad Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary and illegal, and consequently sought a direction to the respondents to protect the said lake by removing all illegal encroachments and constructions over the tankbed area.

Heard Sri Pottigari Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for MA & UD Department appearing for respondent No.1;

learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2, 5 and 6; learned Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for respondent No.3; and Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 - HMDA.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made a representation dt.14.10.2019 expressing his grievance to the respondent authorities, they are not taking any action on the said representation. The learned Government Pleader for Irrigation rightly pointed out that the said representation of the petitioner is as vague as can be without any particulars.

ARR,J W.P.No.26002 of 2019 A reading of the above said representation goes to show that it is addressed to the Hon'ble Chief Minister, State of Telangana, by duly marking a copy of the same to the respondent authorities. Further, the said representation is very vague and no particulars are given, though several allegations are made without any basis.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition filed basing on a vague complaint.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
