HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.19946 of 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she is in possession and enjoyment of land to an extent of Ac.5-00 cents in Sy.No.30 situated in Raghunathapalem Revenue Village of Khammam Urban Mandal in Khammam District. Originally the said land was assigned in favour of late Abraham, who is the husband of petitioner under Ex-service men quota and after demise of her husband i.e. since 09-101984, the petitioner has been continuing in possession of the same. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made application on 28-03-2016 to the 3rd respondent along with Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short "the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
