CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.22618 of 2018 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband, by name Mr. Pilla Prasad (for short "the alleged detenu") before this Court and set him at liberty.

At the hearing, Sri B. Vikram, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the alleged detenu has been released by the police.
