THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.22715 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for rerdressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted representations on 11.06.2018 and 18.06.2018 to the third respondent but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to issue necessary direction to the third respondent to take action on the said representations in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representations are pending consideration before the third respondent, as on today, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent herein to verify the representations, dated 11.06.2018 and 18.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and to take action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as

possible, after giving notice to all the stake holders. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
