The grievance of the petitioner is that unofficial respondents are making constructions without any approved plan and in the writ affidavit no where it is stated that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the official respondents.

If the petitioner is having any grievance, he has to approach the authorities concerned by filing a representation and then only, he should approach this Court. Instead, the petitioner approached this Court straight away.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the competent authority in respect of his grievance. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
