THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.33266 of 2017 ORDER:
The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " ..... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, preferably declaring the action of the Respondents in interfering without following the due process of law and insisting to attend the police station as illegal arbitrary and violative of articles 14, and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents not to interfere with personal liberty of the petitioner by constantly calling to police station and seeking arrest without having any reasonable cause in the interest of justice..... " The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) places on record written instructions dated 09.10.2017 and states that for the present no crime is registered against the petitioners and allegation that the respondents summoned the petitioners to the police station is denied.
