HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.49 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.1565 of 2011 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad in connection with Crime No.100 of 2011 of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad District for the offence punishable under Sections 506, 509, 419, 170 I.P.C.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that the above calendar case was ended in acquittal on 27.11.2014 after full dressed trial and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.

3) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
