This application is not opposed. Hence, ordered. WP.No.2841 of 2015:

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel for the respondents.

3. The issue involved in this writ petition appears similar to WP.No.34787 of 2014, which was considered and disposed of by this Court by order dated 18.11.2014. The case of the petitioners is also similar where they are seeking appointment to the post of Staff Assistant. This writ petition is also disposed with the similar direction, as granted in WP.No.34787 of 2014, that each petitioner shall make appropriate fresh application to the third respondent to consider their case for the post of Staff Assistant and on receipt of such representations, the third respondent shall consider the cases of the petitioners in accordance with law and keeping in view, the existing vacancies, take appropriate decision in the matter within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the representations from the petitioners.
