This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "A Writ of Mandamus may be issued declaring the action of the respondents for not considering the representation made by the petitioner on 10.11.2011, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to unload the garbage through the garbage vehicle near the Temple of Tulja Bhavani Bathkamma situated in Sy.No.7, admeasuring Ac.1.00 guntas, Shivaji Bridge, Moosi River, Hyderabad."

None appears for the petitioner. However, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the place shown in the writ petition is not being used as a garbage area and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
