ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be owner and in possession of land admeasuring Ac.1-20 guntas in Sy.No.225/2 situated at Khanapur Haveli, Khammam urban mandal, Khammam district. According to the petitioner, a part of land in the same survey number was acquired by the Government for the purpose of Nagarjuna Sagar Project Left Bank Canal in the year 1970 and there appears to be some boundary disputes, therefore, he made F-Line application through TSTS web portal on 28.12.2018, requesting to conduct survey and fix boundaries. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed. The F-line application filed through TSTS web portal and the receipt issued is filed as Ex.P1 in the paper book. 3.

In view of the same and without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar to consider the application of petitioner for conducting survey and for fixing boundaries after issuing notice to neighbouring land owners and thereafter pass appropriate orders, as per law. If the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar is not accepting the application for survey, he shall intimate the same to the petitioner by a reasoned order. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
