THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.3794 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 19.03.2018 passed in I.A.No.10 of 2017 in O.S.No.1163 of 2007 on the file of the Court of XVI Junior Civil Judge cum IV Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the documents filed by the petitioners were misplaced in the Court. He further submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
