HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6617 & 6618 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6439 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 10 and the 1st respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.15 of 2016 of Ipuru Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 297, 447 r/w 149 IPC and Section 3(i)(x) of SC & ST (POA) Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
