HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 12909 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in CC No. 190 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Husnabad, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences under Sections 186 & 509 I.P.C (Crime No. 58/2012 of Husnabad Police Station).

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 25.6.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Husnabad Police Station, Karimnagar District and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 28.7.2015 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No. 190 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
