HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18167 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he had purchased an extent of 500 Sq.Yds. in Sy.Nos.119 and 120/1, Dommara Pochampally Village, Quthubullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Later when he found that the said land is a Government land, the petitioner made application on 21.01.2015 for regularization in terms of G.O.Ms.No.58, dated 30.12.2014. But no orders are passed. Meanwhile, the respondent authorities are trying to evict the petitioner stating that the subject land is assigned land. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the application dated 21.01.2015 submitted by the petitioner for regularization of the land is stated to be pending before the respondents, the 3rd and 4th respondents are directed to consider the application dated 21.01.2015 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Till then Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained in respect of the land to an extent of 500 Sq.Yds said to have been purchased by the petitioner in Sy.Nos.119 and 120/1, Dommara Pochampally Village, Quthubullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
