This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.3 in not registering the case basing on the complaint made by the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3 produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint made by the petitioner on 08.06.2018, a case in Crime No.128 of 2018 was registered on 10.07.2018 and proceeding with investigation.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
