HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION No.311 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Co-operation.

2. The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that in spite of the orders passed by the Consumer Forum-I, Hyderabad, the respondents have not been complying with the same.

3. As the petitioners have not availed the remedy before the District Consumer Forum for enforcement of the order, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the petitioners to approach the concerned District Consumer Forum and make an application for enforcement of the order dated 26.08.2013 in Consumer Case No.160 of 2013 and on the petitioners making such an application, the District Consumer Forum is directed to enforce the order as per law. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
