HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Civil Revision Petition No.3046 of 2015 Date: 07-08-2015 Between:

L. Anjaneyulu and 3 others .... Petitioners AND The Special Tahsildar (LR), Kurnool and another .... Respondents HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Civil Revision Petition No.3046 of 2015 ORDER:

The Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the non-disposal of I.A.No.3 of 2015 in LRA.No.3 of 2015 by the I Additional District Judge-cum-Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal, Kurnool, filed against the order dated 26-03-2015 in C.C.Nos.2364, 2366, 2367, 2370, 2371/PKD/1975 passed by the Land Reforms Tribunal, Adoni, seeking operation of the orders dated 26-03-2015. The Civil Revision Petition is filed mainly on the ground that even though the revision petitioner filed L.R.A.No.3 of 2015 against the order dated 26-03-2015 in C.C.Nos.2364, 2366, 2367, 2370, 2371/PKD/1975 passed by the Land Reforms Tribunal, Adoni along with stay application in I.A.No.3 of 2015, the

same is not being taken up for hearing by the learned IV Additinal District Judge, Kurnool, who was kept in-charge of I Additional District Judge, Kurnool on which the powers of Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal are conferred. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that since the respondent authorities are trying to take possession of the land from the revision petitioner, there is urgency in taking up the matter by the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal. It is not known as to why the court of Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal has not taken up the matter even though urgency is pleaded by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the urgency in the matter as pleaded by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Judge, Kurnool to take up either L.R.A.No.3 of 2015 or the stay application in I.A.No.3 of 2015 and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the order. Till such orders are passed or disposal of either the stay application or the appeal, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
