HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1346 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the judgment dated 28.08.2019 passed by the learned IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in Criminal Appeal (D.V.C.) No.600 of 2016.

Today, Sri Khaleel Ahmed, party-in-person, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available to him. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
