HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.693 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard.

There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order of the learned Judge, Family Court, in granting the interim maintenance, but for to say, it shall not influence the mind of the Court in ultimate disposal of the case, including by considering the means of the 2nd respondent, if at all to reduce any quantum or otherwise and subject to further condition of granting time to pay all arrears within three equal monthly installments from date of receipt of a copy of this order and with a direction to the lower Court to dispose of the main matter preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
