No representation for the appellant. This Court recorded the representation made by the learned counsel for the appellant on 19.02.2016 that the appellant is no more, and, therefore, for filing death certificate and particulars of L.Rs, adjourned to 23.02.2016.

On 23.02.2016, this Court, for filing death certificate of the appellant, adjourned by two weeks at request.

Today there is no representation. It is not known whether any petition is moved to bring the L.Rs of the sole appellant on record. Since by this day 90 days period expired from the date of reporting death of the sole appellant, the appeal automatically stands abated.

In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the instant appeal, stand disposed
