Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that there is remedy of appeal against the impugned order dated 30-07-2016. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy against the impugned proceedings. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
