Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and Sri J.Srinivasa RAo, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. 2.

Petitioner had filed an appeal challenging the impugned order dt.02-03-2017 passed by the 1st respondent before the 2nd respondent.

Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Singareni Collieries Company Limited states that the 2nd respondent-appellate authority has since been constituted in May, 2017.

In this view of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to decide the appeal filed by petitioner against the order dt.02-03-2017 passed by 1st respondent within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order complying with applicable rules and principles of natural justice. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
